The Empowerment Institute is the teaching arm of Eady Associates. It is an innovative institution that has a mission with purpose. It prepares, motivates and teaches people, businesses and institutions how they can develop businesses and be empowered through the utilization of universal/spiritual laws and principles. It uses teaching concepts and content based on the sciences, social disciplines, technology, and knowledge gained from practices and empirical observations. 

Additionally, the Institute realizes the need to utilize other Black business leaders to teach and train business concepts and principles. Therefore, the company is bringing together Black business persons to assist in providing leadership to those availing themselves of the wealth of knowledge the Institute provides.
